Membership

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time without a cancellation fee. You will not be charged for the next term. Unless a refund is processed, your membership remains available through the end of the current paid term.
You may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) of every successful charge, including your initial subscription and each annual renewal. Canceling automatic renewal does not automatically request a refund. Please follow the refund instructions below.

7-day full refund: Submit a request within 7 days (168 hours) of each successful charge to receive the full amount actually paid for that order. This applies to both the initial subscription and every annual renewal. We do not charge you a cancellation or refund fee. Eligibility is based on when we receive your request.
How to request: Email [email protected] from your registered email address. Include your account email and order or invoice number, and state that you are requesting a refund and cancellation of future renewal. Requests are handled manually. We initiate the refund after confirming eligibility.
Refund method: Stripe returns the payment to the original payment method. You cannot select a different card or bank account. Card refunds typically appear about 5–10 business days after initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider. Some refunds appear as a reversal of the original charge.
Access and renewal: Once a full refund is completed, membership access for that paid term ends, and we also stop future automatic renewal.
After 7 days: Current-term payments are generally nonrefundable, with no prorated refunds for unused days. You may still cancel the next renewal and retain access through the end of the current paid term. This policy does not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law.
