Terms of service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms apply to MiloHan.com (MILO Research), operated by Milo Han, including its public content, accounts, courses, and membership services. Read these terms and the relevant plan details before registering or buying. If you do not agree, do not register or purchase.
1. Content and service scope
The site shares U.S. company research, financial statement reading methods, and AI practice through videos, transcripts, research notes, and courses. Availability depends on the content actually published. Material, social accounts, QR codes, and plans labeled “sample,” “demo,” or “not open” do not represent real accounts, available purchases, or delivery promises.
Milo Alpha is a separate product. An account, membership, or course purchase here does not automatically include a Milo Alpha account, subscription, or service unless the purchase page explicitly says so.
2. Research and investment risk
Content is for general information and education. It is not investment, securities trading, tax, or legal advice tailored to your circumstances, managed investing, or a guarantee of returns. Research opinions depend on sources, dates, assumptions, and personal judgment. Filings, prices, and company conditions may change, and content may contain errors or omissions.
Check original sources and make decisions in light of your finances, goals, and risk tolerance. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed. Past performance, examples, and simulations do not predict future returns. Investing can result in loss of principal.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Use an accurate, accessible email address, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate others or share paid-learning accounts. Some features require sign-in and email verification. You must have the capacity required to use and purchase services; minors must obtain any required guardian consent. Contact us promptly if your account is compromised.
4. Courses and memberships
Only plans explicitly open for purchase can be ordered. The price, currency, billing interval, included courses, access period, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are those displayed and confirmed when you purchase. Stripe processes payments, and access depends on verified payment status. If payment succeeds but access is delayed, check your billing page or contact us before paying again.
Recurring plans renew as explained at purchase. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time without a cancellation fee. You will not be charged for the next term. Unless a refund is processed, membership remains available through the end of the current paid term. Your billing page and purchased plan determine the actual end date.
Every annual membership charge, including the initial subscription and each annual renewal, has a 7-day full-refund window. Submit your request within 7 days (168 hours) of the successful charge; eligibility is based on when we receive it. Email [email protected] from your registered email address, including your account email and order or invoice number, and request a refund and cancellation of future renewal. Requests are handled manually. Eligible requests receive the full amount actually paid for that order, with no cancellation or refund fee charged to you.
Stripe returns the refund to the original payment method, not to a different account. Card refunds typically appear about 5–10 business days after initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once a full refund is completed, membership access for that paid term ends, and we also stop future automatic renewal. Canceling renewal does not automatically request a refund.
After 7 days, current-term payments are generally nonrefundable, with no prorated refunds for unused days. You may still cancel the next renewal and retain access through the end of the current paid term. See the membership plan for the full request instructions. Unavailable plans, demo prices, and test records are not offers to charge you. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use and content rights
Unless otherwise stated, creators retain the relevant rights in original articles, videos, courses, and brand assets. You may use content you are authorized to access for personal learning and quote it with attribution and a link to the original. Obtain appropriate permission before republishing complete works, distributing paid content, reselling it, removing attribution, or using it in commercial publications. Third-party sources, trademarks, and quoted materials belong to their owners.
Do not bypass access controls, obtain or share protected video links without permission, disrupt systems, send malicious requests, infringe others’ rights, or automatically copy protected content at scale. This section does not restrict lawful quotation or uses permitted by applicable law.
6. Third-party services and links
Social platforms, source documents, payment pages, and other external destinations are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, regional restrictions, or account requirements. A link is not a promise on their behalf. For personal information, read our privacy policy and the relevant third-party policies.
7. Changes, interruptions, and responsibility
We may update content, pause features, or restrict accounts that violate these terms for maintenance, security, rights protection, or service changes. Where paid access is affected, we will consider the purchase commitments, circumstances, and applicable law, and provide notice or a remedy where appropriate. We do not guarantee error-free content or uninterrupted access.
You are responsible for independently evaluating research and your investment decisions. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by applicable law or remove statutory consumer rights.
8. Updates and contact
We will date changes on this page and provide appropriate notice of material service or transaction changes. Existing purchases remain governed by the plan confirmed at purchase and applicable law; an administrative text edit does not automatically change them retroactively.
For corrections, copyright, account, billing, or terms questions, email [email protected]. We aim to resolve concerns through communication. Unresolved matters may be pursued through a competent forum under applicable law.
